How it works
The Five Acts
Five signature group events — curated, optional, and strongly encouraged. Costs are paid by guests and can be included in your package or booked independently. Tap each act to see the dress code.

White, ivory, and cream are exclusively reserved for the bride & groom — please do not wear these colours to any of the Five Acts or wedding events.
Activity packages
Choose one package — or none at all. Packages are fixed and bundled by nights. Toggle the night selector on each card to see what's included.
All activities are pre-selected and bundled. Packages are fixed — no swapping, customising, or changes after submission. No refunds for unused activities. This structure allows the family to secure group bookings, lock in pricing, and guarantee availability for everyone.

Payment structure
Joining after April 2026? Your plan will be restructured accordingly. Payments are not simply split evenly — certain bookings require earlier deposits. You are allowed 1 late payment. Any additional late payments or 1 missed payment will result in a refund of unused funds only.
These packages are organised by the family of the newlyweds — we are not a travel agency. All costs shown are indicative estimates. B & K will confirm exact figures and handle bookings directly.

When you RSVP via your personal invite link, you'll be asked to read and accept each section. A signed PDF will be generated and emailed to you.
